Alison Quinn - Rehab Rooms
Alison is the owner of the Rehab Rooms and is a specialist Member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists in musculoskeletal conditions. She holds a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from University College Dublin. Special areas of interest include spinal conditions, adolescent injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, foot pain and orthotic prescription.
She set up and was Head of the Physiotherapy Department in the Sports Surgery Clinic for several years. She is a guest lecturer in Trinity College and RCSI and has published in international journals.
She is involved in the Straight2Swim, a charity organisation that provides educational and rehab exercise programmes for children with scoliosis. She also does specialist pain management clinics with Dr Oleg Ilyinski (Consultant in Pain Medicine, Beacon Pain Clinic).
Rachel Brown - Rehab Rooms
Rachel is an Advanced Pilates Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor. She is also a qualified instructor in Indoor Cycling, Body Conditioning, Suspension Training and Kettle Bells. She is currently working in the Corporate Wellness Sector. She is a keen cyclist and triathlete. She has a particular interest in getting people exercising in a safe, informed and fun environment. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities.

Exercise For Scoliosis & Spinal Fusion:
This class class will be an exercise class suitable for Adults & Adolescents that have Scoliosis or Spinal Fusion or having had Scoliosis Corrective Surgery.
The class will be instructed through exercises that combine Flexibility, Balance & Core conditioning suitable for Scoliosis & Spinal Fusion & exercises will be adjusted depending on the participants on the day to make sure it is suitable for you!
